Insurance coverage: Our law firm has led the way in requiring insurance coverage for infertility treatment. In 2005, we pushed the bill that won infertility treatment coverage rights for Connecticut couples. We are currently working on a law for third-party reproductive therapies. Gestational Surrogacy: Talk to an experienced reproductive law attorney before you sign an agreement with a surrogate.
